Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging including all accessories and protective films to ensure it remains scratch-free during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned electronics accessories, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
